Water Resources Data New York Water Year 2004, Volume 2: Long Island

Water resources data for the 2004 water year for Long Island New York consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage, contents, and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; stage and water quality of estuaries; and water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This volume contains records for water discharge at 15 gaging stations; lake stage at 7 gaging stations; tide stage at 6 gaging stations; and water levels at 478 observation wells. Also included are data for 10 low-flow partial record stations. Additional water data were collected at various sites not involved in the systematic data-collection program, and are published as miscellaneous measurements and analyses. These data, together with the data in volumes 1 and 3 represent that part of the National Water Data System operated by the U.S. Geological Survey in cooperation with State, Federal, and other agencies in New York.

Water resources data for the 1992 water year for New York consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; stage, contents, and water quality of lakes and reservoirs; and water levels and water quality of ground-water wells. This volume contains records for water discharge at 18 gaging stations; water quality at 19 gaging stations, and 26 wells; and water levels at 736 observation wells. Also included are data for 79 low-flow partial-record stations. Additional water data were collected at various sites not involved in the systematic data collection program, and are published as miscellaneous measurements and analyses. Water Resources Data for the 1985 water year for Oregon consist of records of stage, discharge, and water quality of streams; and stage, contents, and water quality of lakes and reservoirs. This report, in two volumes , contains discharge records for 259 gaging stations; stage only records for 10 gaging stations; stage and contents for 37 lakes and reservoirs; water quality for 82 stations, and water quality for 3 precipitation stations. Also included are 5 crest-stage, partial-record stations. The data in this Volume for Southern Florida includes water level measurements for 213 wells and water quality data for approximately 229 wells. Water resources data for the 1977 water year in Florida consist of discharge records for 271 streams, stage-only records for 223 streams, elevations for 228 lakes, 66 crest-stage partial records and water level measurements for 828 wells. Water quality data for approximately 680 surface sites and 930 wells are included. The data in this Volume for Southwest Florida includes discharge records for 93 streams, stage-only records for 24 streams, elevations for 109 lakes, miscellaneous measurements, crest-stage partial records for 14 streams, and water quality data for approximately 315 surface water sites.
